🚀 Project Manager – Project Management Office (PMO)

Are you ready to lead large-scale digital transformation projects across an international organization in the energy sector?

As part of our large-scale Energy & Digital Transformation journey , we are strengthening our Project Management Office (PMO) and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our central IT organization in Istanbul. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of energy, SAP-driven enterprise transformation, and digital innovation , leading high-impact projects across multiple business units within a complex and dynamic group structure.


🔧 Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT, SAP, non-SAP and digital transformation projects,
  • Define and manage project scope, objective, timeline, budget and success metrics,
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP, infrastructure, software, and business units,
  • Manage stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior management and external partners,
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation,
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks ,
  • Prepare and present executive-level status reports, dashboards, and steering committee materials,
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of PMO processes, tools, and best practices.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields,
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management :
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum certifications,
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of technologies including but not limited to; SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE or SAP BTP ,
  • Background in energy, utilities, manufacturing, or industrial sectors,
  • Experience working in big holding or multi-group company structures,
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid),
  • Experience in complex, multi-company or enterprise environments preferred,
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives,
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2) for effective communication in international projects.
