Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and procurement strategies. This involves working with architects and engineers to map a detailed plan and sequencing all civil and finishing activities.

· Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets and financials, including initial cost estimation, tracking expenses, managing change orders, and identifying cost-saving opportunities (value engineering).

· Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary liaison between all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. This involves facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and providing regular updates and detailed reports to senior management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is typically required, with a Master's degree or professional certifications like PMP considered a plus.

· Experience: Proven, extensive experience in managing large-scale, high-rise construction projects is crucial.

· Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, materials, building codes, and safety protocols.

· Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide diverse teams.
