Project Manager

WHY Training designs and delivers high-impact training and team-building programmes for organisations across the region. As we enter a strong growth phase, we’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can take real ownership of delivery and bring calm, clarity, and structure to execution.

This is a delivery ownership role.

• Owning end-to-end delivery of learning experiences
• Building and managing delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones
• Acting as the single point of accountability across facilitators and internal teams
• Spotting risks early and solving problems calmly and practically
• Managing and directing junior delivery or coordination support where required
• Creating simple, practical delivery tools (checklists, trackers, templates) as work is happening
• Using and strengthening existing systems (Asana, Teams, SharePoint)

• Have personally owned delivery outcomes , not just supported or coordinated
• Are highly organised and detail-oriented
• Stay calm and decisive when things are moving fast or unclear
• Are comfortable making delivery decisions with incomplete information
• Take responsibility and follow things through without being chased

• Are looking for a coordination-only role
• Need everything fully defined before you can operate
• Are stepping into your first delivery ownership role
• Prefer strategy over hands-on execution

• Proven hands-on experience owning end-to-end project delivery
• Background in training, events, experiential delivery, agency, consulting, or similar fast-paced environments is an advantage
• Confident using project management tools (Asana or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Based in the UAE and able to attend delivery days when required

This role is central to the stability and growth of WHY Training.
