Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Experience: 5–6 YearsLocation: Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end project delivery for SaaS or product-based solutions. The role requires strong project planning, execution, and customer interaction skills, along with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and work with international customers.

This is a customer-facing role where the Project Manager will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation, timely delivery, onboarding support, and effective handling of customer queries and escalations.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery

· Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation and delivery

· Conduct project kick-off meetings, requirement discussions, status calls, and review meetings

· Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Customer Success teams

· Handle customer queries and escalations and ensure timely resolution through internal teams

· Support customer onboarding and post-go-live stabilization

· Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines and share regular status updates

· Maintain project documentation including project plans, trackers, MOMs, and change logs

· Work closely with international customers and manage communication across time zones

Required Skills & Experience

· 5–6 years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS, IT, or product-based companies

· Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience

· Experience working with international clients

· Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

· Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery models

· Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar

· Excellent communication and coordination skills

Education

· B.E./B.Tech or MBA/PGDM in a relevant discipline. Project Management certifications will be an added advantage.

Good to Have

· Exposure to HR-Tech, ATS, or recruitment platforms

· Experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
