Job Purpose: Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality standards and project requirements are met. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards and project requirements.

Project Strategy

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budget, and resource allocation.

Budget Management

Ensure effective resource utilization and manage project budgets to achieve cost efficiency.

Cross Functional Collaboration

Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to ensure success.

Progress Monitoring

Monitor and report on project progress, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.

Stakeholder Management

Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.

Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.

Project Closure & Handover

Oversee project completion and ensure a smooth handover to clients.

Brand Positioning

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MEP Background)

Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management (preferred)

Work Experience

15-17 years of experience in end to end project management life cycle within the Data Centres industry or in similar industry
