Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment. Project Manager Responsibilities — project management, stakeholder coordination

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with organizational processes and best practices.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, resource requirements, and budgets.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, operations, and external vendors.

  • Facilitate project kickoff, status meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.

  • Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on time and within budget.

  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, status reports, timelines, and key performance metrics.

  • Ensure quality control and adherence to compliance and governance standards.

  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments using a formal change control process.

  • Mentor and support junior project staff and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of hands-on project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders and leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with competing priorities.

  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource forecasts.

  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Teams, Confluence).

Certification & Skills Requirements:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Experience in software development, SaaS, IT, or product delivery environments.

  • Familiarity with change management, product lifecycle, and vendor management.

  • Experience with data-driven reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Prior experience leading distributed or remote teams.
