As we continue to expand, we are looking for driven Project Managers to join our team and help lead jobs from start to finish.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee welding and fabrication projects across multiple sectors including Department of Transportation (DOT), structural steel, and miscellaneous metals. The ideal candidate is organized, experienced in construction or fabrication project management, and thrives in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents
  • Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with DOT requirements, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Submit and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and progress
  • Communicate project status clearly to ownership and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively to minimize delays and costs
  • Assist with estimating and bidding on new work as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in welding, fabrication, structural steel, or a related construction trade
  • Familiarity with DOT projects and prevailing wage/public works requirements preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); project management software a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
