Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Project Manager to lead both internal product development initiatives and external client implementation projects. This role sits at the center of our operation, ensuring internal development priorities are delivered efficiently while also managing client onboarding, configuration, and delivery with excellence.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid technical–client project leader with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Development Project Management

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Track and manage progress across multiple development initiatives using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent.
• Ensure alignment between product roadmap, technical constraints, and business priorities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them.

Client Implementation & Delivery

• Serve as main point of contact for new client onboarding and project execution.
• Gather and document client requirements, translating them into clear technical tasks for the development team.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for client deployments.
• Host client status meetings, demos, and training sessions.
• Ensure client implementations are completed on time, meet specifications, and deliver a great customer experience.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Coordinate across sales, customer success, engineering, product, and executive teams.
• Manage expectations and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project templates, workflows, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency across the company.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and communication logs.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership on internal and client-facing project progress.
• Analyze project outcomes to continuously improve delivery processes.

Qualifications

Required

• 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology services.
• Experience managing both internal development teams and client-facing projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and technical project workflows.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder‐management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).

Preferred

• Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams (engineering, product, QA, etc.).
• Familiarity with API integrations, data migrations, or software configuration processes.
• PMP, CSM, or other project management certification.
• Experience in a consulting or client‑services environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,347.70 - $125,000.00 per year
