Project Manager

Job Overview:

PENNEP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client and drive the successful migration of their Epic EHR system to AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings direct hands-on experience managing Epic cloud migrations and can contribute immediately using modern Agile delivery methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Epic EHR migration to AWS.
• Manage Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe/Hybrid) and articulate framework clearly.
• Collaborate directly with AWS and Microsoft technical teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional healthcare IT and infrastructure teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure successful implementation within healthcare compliance standards.
• Utilize Jira for sprint tracking and project reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience managing Epic cloud migration projects.
• Strong AWS infrastructure knowledge.
• Healthcare systems implementation background.
• Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum/SAFe preferred).
• Proficient in Jira.

Required Certification:

PMP certification is required.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
