Job Description

Yard Works Gulf Coast is a veteran-owned outdoor living construction company serving Friendswood, League City, Pearland, and the greater Houston area. We specialize in building custom outdoor living environments including patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, artificial turf installations, drainage systems, concrete patios, and other outdoor construction projects.

We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential outdoor construction projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing construction crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality workmanship on residential construction projects.

This role is primarily field-based and involves managing multiple active job sites while communicating with homeowners and the office team.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential outdoor construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and suppliers
• Schedule job progress and maintain project timelines
• Conduct site visits and oversee jobsite operations
• Communicate with homeowners regarding project updates and scheduling
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project scope
• Identify and resolve issues during construction
• Maintain jobsite safety and organization
• Perform final walkthroughs with customers upon project completion

Projects typically include:

• Patio covers and covered patios
• Pergolas and shade structures
• Outdoor kitchens and built-in grills
• Outdoor fireplaces and fire features
• Concrete patios, walkways, and driveway expansions
• Decorative concrete overlays and spray decks
• Artificial turf and putting greens
• Drainage and grading solutions
• Irrigation installations and repairs
• Outdoor lighting coordination

Some projects may include landscaping elements, but the primary focus is residential outdoor construction and structural outdoor living projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
