We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate home flips and new home installations across multiple manufactured housing communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values ethics, integrity, and attention to detail, and enjoys managing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee home renovation projects, new home installations, and infrastructure improvements across multiple communities.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with contractors, inspectors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion and quality workmanship.
- Compliance & Inspections: Quality Control. Ensure all projects meet local regulations, property standards, and safety requirements.
- Budget & Scheduling: Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials procurement to optimize efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with office staff, maintenance teams, and community managers to address project needs and resolve issues.
- Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality control.
- Resident & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for updates related to home flips and installations.
What We're Looking For – Experience and Skills:
- Project management experience in home renovations, new home installations, and quality control.
- Familiarity with manufactured housing communities (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and contract oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and property management software (Rent Manager experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with teams and residents.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
Position Details:
- Location: Phoenix, AZ - this includes Phoenix and Glendale
- Compensation: $20–$22 per hour + vehicle allowance
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM
- Travel: Required between multiple job sites.
