Position Overview
WideOpen Door Company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee hydraulic door projects from fabrication through final installation. This role requires strong communication skills, scheduling coordination, and the ability to supervise installation crews on site.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating with fabrication teams and field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hydraulic door projects from initial fabrication through installation
• Coordinate scheduling between fabrication shop, logistics, and field installation crews
• Serve as the primary communication point for customers throughout the project
• Oversee project timelines and ensure milestones are met
• Conduct on-site supervision of installation crews when required
• Troubleshoot project issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and safety requirements
• Maintain project documentation and status updates

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, construction management, or manufacturing coordination preferred
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to travel for on-site project supervision when necessary
• Experience with aviation hangars, hydraulic systems, steel fabrication, or construction is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
