Project Manager

Sam Pitzulo Homes & Remodeling is looking for an organized, goal oriented individual to manage construction projects from start to finish. Residential projects include new homes, additions, kitchen & bath renovations, finished basements, and more. The individual should be a motivated self-starter, and able to solve problems. Good communication skills and forward thinking are essential. Knowledge of building materials and willingness to learn new products. Job requires working in a team atmosphere with customers, trades and company carpenters.

Job Scheduling, Ordering Products & Scheduling Deliveries

• Responsible for completion of job in accordance with provided specifications
• Update job schedules

Site Visits/Customer Relations

• Meets with homeowners, trades, carpenters on site
• Keeps customers informed during the construction process
• Coordinates customer requests/change orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
