Project Manager Job Summary:
The Project Manager reports directly to the Engineering Manager. This person will be responsible for coordinating projects across the organization, facilitate resources, and communicating with our customers/vendors. In addition, this position will work with managers, engineers, and technicians to prioritize and plan work according to facility requirements.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Create and Maintain project timelines for all internal and external projects to balance resource workload
- Facilitating and championing relationships between customers, internal teams, and collaborative partners
- Maintain and update product documentation and SOPs
- Schedule installations and demos of Flownamics’ systems with potential customers
- Manage project Statement of Works, change orders, and RMAs
- Manage project open issues, driving to resolution
- Ultimately, making sure each project is well-coordinated and running smoothly
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of Project Manager experience required
- Advanced decision making and problem-solving
- Highly independent and efficient work style with versatility and flexibility
- Strong project coordination skills
- Strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies
- Strong communication and organization skills in a cross-functional collaborative work environment
Project Manager Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or project management related field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the Life Science industry
- Background in Engineering or Manufacturing
- Understanding of technical issues related to the Life Science market with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software needs
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with an understanding of critical systems
