- Education and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Engineering Management or related disciplines is required. Candidates must pass the local technical competency assessment in Dubai, and preference will be given to those who hold membership in the Emirates Society of Engineers (ESE). Possession of PMP (Project Management Professional) or MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Building) certification is highly desirable.
- Work Experience: At least 8 years of project management experience in the construction industry, including no less than 5 years of full-cycle management experience in residential construction projects in the Middle East (preferably Dubai); Must have led the overall management of at least one residential complex or high-end villa project of over 200,000 square meters (covering project approval, design, construction to completion acceptance); Familiar with Dubai's local project approval processes, contract systems (such as FIDIC contracts) and collaboration models with developers and supervision units.
- Professional Skills: Proficient in full-process control of project scope, schedule, cost and quality; Skilled in using project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; In-depth understanding of Dubai's building codes and safety quality standards, with the ability to predict compliance risks; Good at overall coordination of multinational teams (local and foreign laborers) and subcontractors, and able to effectively handle cross-cultural communication issues.
- Core Competencies: Fluent in English (working language), basic Arabic proficiency is preferred; Possess excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation and emergency response capabilities, able to quickly solve compliance, supply chain and on-site sudden problems during project advancement; Adaptable to long-term overseas work, strong pressure resistance, and preference will be given to candidates with local industry resources; UAE driving license is a plus.
