Project Manager

Job Summary
NewEra Construction is seeking a dynamic, highly organized Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout.

In this role, you will drive project success by applying proven project management practices, coordinating across teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, fostering collaboration, and achieving strong client satisfaction.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Procore experience REQUIRED
• Commercial construction project management experience REQUIRED
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction REQUIRED

Candidates without these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Track schedules, budgets, and job costing
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders in Procore
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Facilitate communication between clients, field teams, and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving across projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
