Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong background in managing mega and high-rise construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate must have hands-on experience starting projects from early stages (including substructure and foundation works) through full construction lifecycle delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from initial stages (excavation, shoring, and foundation/“backfilling & substructure works”) through to final handover.

Oversee all phases of construction ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are maintained.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

Control project budget and ensure cost efficiency.

Ensure proper planning, scheduling, and execution using project management tools.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction project management.

Proven experience managing projects from scratch to completion.

Strong experience in mega projects and high-rise buildings.

Hands-on experience in construction phase (not only design or supervision).

Experience starting projects from substructure/foundation stages is a must.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).

PMP certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
