Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong background in managing mega and high-rise construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate must have hands-on experience starting projects from early stages (including substructure and foundation works) through full construction lifecycle delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from initial stages (excavation, shoring, and foundation/“backfilling & substructure works”) through to final handover.
• Oversee all phases of construction ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are maintained.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Control project budget and ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure proper planning, scheduling, and execution using project management tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing projects from scratch to completion.
• Strong experience in mega projects and high-rise buildings.
• Hands-on experience in construction phase (not only design or supervision).
• Experience starting projects from substructure/foundation stages is a must.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
• PMP certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders in large-scale developments.
