Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated sales professional with hands-on experience in the aluminum walkway and canopy industry. This is a full-commission position designed for someone who thrives on autonomy — you will own the entire sales cycle from first contact through project completion.

What you'll do

Prospect and develop new client relationships using your existing industry network

Design and quote aluminum walkway and canopy systems tailored to client specifications

Manage projects from signed contract through final installation and client sign-off

Coordinate with production and installation teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget

Represent the company professionally at job sites and client meetings

What we're looking for

Proven experience in the aluminum walkway, canopy, or related structural products industry

Ability to read, interpret, and produce basic design drawings and project specifications

Established network of contacts within the industry (contractors, architects, facility managers, etc.)

Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple active projects
Comfortable working on full commission — you are entrepreneurial and motivated by results

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
