Project Manager

SYMS Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will manage all aspects of the project life cycle. This person will lead a team of multi-disciplined professionals on substantial engineering installation projects. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of the contracted scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction. This will also be a client-facing position with importance to relationship building and communicating the project timeline and expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs complex engineering projects requiring global resources and/or multiple partners.
  • Coordinates and integrates tasks associated with the engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third-party companies contributing to the initiative.
  • Manages the project management team.
  • Builds reports and communicates initiatives directly to the executive team.
  • Inspects facilities, evaluates O&M functions, reviews records and data, and initiates and recommends new or improved methods or practices.
  • Maintains accurate operational records and prepares reports required by our client and all regulatory agencies.
  • Manages varied complex risks on the project.

Requirements of the Project Manager:

  • Bilingual (English & Korean) professional proficiency is preferred.
  • Must be certified in Project Management.
  • Must have 3+ Years of Project Management experience.
  • Possess exemplary leadership, communications, and team-building skills.
  • Confirmed experience in making sound financial, technical, and management decisions.
  • Detail-oriented work style and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
