Project Manager

CardoO is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning to successful delivery. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication
• Lead cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance
• Track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders
• Ensure proper project governance and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and workflows
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software development or tech environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
