Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, oversee, and execute construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires leadership, technical knowledge, and strong communication to coordinate teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and implementation of construction projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed.
• Prepare project reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
• Resolve issues and conflicts on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Dubai Municipality G+12 approved engineer accreditation is required

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
