Project Manager

Project Manager is responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Responsible for Managing Projects from Initiation till closure.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about the project progress.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements, and PMO Standards.
• Define and manage project scope, handling changes and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the right skills are applied to each task.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates.
• Apply technical knowledge to understand project requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Address and resolve project issues promptly, seeking solutions to challenges that arise.
• Evaluate project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing lessons learned in future projects.
• Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
• Handling any business tasks assigned by the Direct Manager in an efficient and timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or any related fields.
• 2 years of work experience in IT Project Management or related experience.
• Very Good in verbal, written, communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English)
• Good experience with Microsoft Project tool.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
