Project Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Project Manager provides the overall planning coordination, and direction for project management activities to ensure they meet owner needs, specifications, costs, and schedule, from initial project identification through construction closeout. May supervise office/ field administrative staff, project/ field engineers, assistant project/ construction manager, project/ construction managers, and other assigned staff. This position will support construction in the Healthcare sector. If necessary, the position will assist with accreditation activities, including preparation for the Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Primary contact and liaison for owner and principal partner entities for contract, design, systems, procedures, and related deliverables

2. Develops project-specific procedures and documentation, and consults with the Owner on design and construction contracts and related A/E systems for the project

3. Ensures contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications comply with construction/ project requirements

4. Obtains, maintains and manages data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company requirements between owner, architects, engineers, and other project-related entities.

5. Represents owner, project, and related parties in public forums and meetings

6. Manages project controls, costs, performance activities and procedures, project logistics, organization, systems, and project closeout

7. Leads in project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses

8. Coordinates, directs and monitors activities of construction management staff, contractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities.

9. Ensures project team adheres to safety requirements

10. Manages bid phase services, as may be required by the client

11. Assists with regulatory preparation

Pay: $116,550.00 - $154,138.00 per year
