Now Hiring: Project Manager

(Commercial Construction | Sarasota, FL area)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support both field operations and project management on active commercial construction projects.

This is a growth-track position, designed for someone looking to develop into a Sr. Project Manager within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day field operations and coordination

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections

• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking

• Help ensure quality, safety, and project timelines are met

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of commercial construction experience (GC preferred)

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications

• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is a plus

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to be active in the field
