Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects in the UAE from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Manage project risks, delays, and on-site challenges effectively
• Control project costs and ensure financial efficiency
• Ensure quality control across all construction activities
• Lead and manage project teams, including site engineers and supervisors
• Handle client communication and ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee procurement coordination with procurement teams
• Ensure timely project completion and handover

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3–5 years in a Project Manager role
• Strong experience in UAE construction projects is highly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-pressure environments
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes and regulations
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the UAE
• Strong financial and budget management skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
