Project Manager

We are a remote advertising and marketing agency. This is a freelance, project-by-project contractor role that starts out slowly. If you do not have experience working in an agency environment or are not looking for contract work, this position is not the right fit.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a seasoned Contract Project Manager who thrives in a relationship-first environment. You bring big brand experience, emotional intelligence, and the discipline to keep multiple projects moving smoothly. This is a project-by-project role, and for the right person, it grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead client projects from kickoff through delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, creatives, and team members
-Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets, anticipating challenges and flagging issues before they become problems
-Manage client relationships with care and confidence
-Follow up on outstanding client invoices with discretion and professionalism

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-5+ years of project management experience, including working with big brands
- A track record of successful project delivery
- Exceptional people skills: you read people well and know how to navigate a range of personalities with confidence and respect
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Recognizes when a project is shifting beyond its original scope and addresses it early
- Sees AI as a natural part of their toolkit and uses it to work more effectively

OUR PROCESS
We follow a clear, structured project management framework to keep quality and consistency high across every project. New PMs start gradually. Your first project includes shadowing an experienced PM so you can get familiar with our workflows, Google Workspace setup, and client approach before taking the lead. We're committed to setting you up for success from the start.
