The Axel Group is seeking a Project Manager for our client's team in Montgomery County, PA. Specializing in multifamily residential development within the architecture and planning industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and coordinate all phases of multiple residential projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate multifamily residential projects throughout all development and construction phases

Manage project schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination to ensure smooth project execution

Oversee construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, field reports, change orders, and contractor communications

Collaborate closely with ownership, architects, engineers, and field teams to facilitate successful project delivery

Review construction documents for accuracy, constructability, and code compliance

Participate in design coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical and field-related issues

Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges related to schedule, quality, or costs

Support business operations such as proposals, fee tracking, invoicing, and client communication

Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to meet project timelines and deliverables

Ensure all projects meet applicable building codes and industry standards
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field

Professional licensure required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture, construction, or multifamily residential development

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and supervising team members

Strong understanding of wood-frame multifamily construction methods

Experience across all project phases including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration

Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction standards

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Revit required

Interest or experience in project financial management, scheduling, and client relations is preferred
