Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, field-driven Project Manager to lead the full construction execution of our high-rise residential development on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Managing the main contractor execution model, you will take absolute ownership of delivery targets, sub-contractor alignment, program tracking, cost control, and rigorous site HSE/QAQC metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Manage daily field operations and drive cross-functional engineering, technical, and logistics departments.
• Subcontractor Management: Lead, audit, and push assigned subcontractors and specialized suppliers to achieve their daily production targets and program milestones.
• Schedule Control: Monitor project progress percentages against the Primavera baseline, chair site progress meetings, and actively deploy schedule recovery plans when work fronts lag behind.
• Procurement Oversight: Track long-lead item deliveries (such as elevators, switchgears, HVAC networks, and specialized finishing elements) to mitigate execution risks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with developer oversight teams, consultants, and master developers to manage site constraints smoothly.
• Reporting: Compile and submit highly accurate weekly and monthly progress, manpower, cost, and inspection log reports directly to executive management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Total Experience: 12–18 years of solid construction experience.
• Managerial Background: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience specifically acting as a Project Manager on active builds.
• Asset Expertise (Mandatory): Extensive, hands-on experience delivering UAE high-rise residential or commercial towers.
• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a structurally relevant engineering field.
• Regional Familiarity: Strong working knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority workflows, master developer protocols, and ADOSH compliance guidelines.
• Note: Candidates whose structural portfolios only consist of villa developments or low-rise properties will not match the operational criteria required for this fast-track high-density environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Enforce

• Baseline program milestone achievement.
• Monthly actual site progress percentage gains.
• Tight closure rates on open RFIs, inspection snags, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Strict subcontractor site manpower compliance.
• Maintaining zero major site HSE incidents.
