Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a high-rise tower project in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall execution of the project, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams, and ensuring successful delivery in accordance with approved specifications, quality standards, budgets, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise overall project execution and site operations
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, budgets, manpower, and schedules
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
• Review project schedules and support timely completion of project milestones
• Resolve technical, operational, and coordination issues on site
• Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance requirements
• Prepare progress reports, project updates, and management presentations
• Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with all parties involved

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects
• UAE construction experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple teams, subcontractors, and project activities

Preferred:

• Experience in interior and finishing stage projects
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and approvals
• Immediate joiners are preferred
