Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and result-oriented Project Manager to manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, cost control expertise, and the ability to lead project teams effectively while ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, and site resources.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and manage project risks and site challenges.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and progress updates.
• Troubleshoot site and operational issues effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Contractor Certifications preferred
• 8–10 years of construction experience
• 5–10 years of UAE construction industry experience required
