Project Manager

Endiatx — Hayward, California (On-site)

About Endiatx

Endiatx is a medical device company developing microrobotic systems for diagnostic use inside the human body. Our flagship platforms, PillVue™ and PillBot™, are swallowable capsule systems designed to enable non-invasive visualization and navigation inside the gastrointestinal tract.

We are a multidisciplinary team of engineers, clinicians, and operators building a new category of medical diagnostics at the intersection of robotics, imaging, AI, and advanced manufacturing.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Project Manager to help drive execution across engineering, operations, and business functions at Endiatx. This is not a traditional project management role. In addition to coordinating timelines, vendors, and cross-functional projects, this person will take ownership of a wide variety of operational and strategic initiatives that help keep a fast-moving startup running efficiently.

You will work closely with leadership and teams across mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, regulatory, and clinical operations. One day may involve managing engineering deliverables and supplier communication, while another could involve helping streamline onboarding workflows, coordinating contract reviews, supporting marketing initiatives, or building internal AI-driven tools to improve company processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly adaptable, technically curious, organized under pressure, and excited to take on problems outside of a traditional job description. We are looking for someone with strong potential, a willingness to learn quickly, and the motivation to grow alongside the company.
