Job Summary
As a Project Manager in Facility Management, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver facility-related projects such as MEP works, renovations, preventive/corrective maintenance programs, tenant improvements, space planning, and vendor management—ensuring quality, schedule, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities

Lead facility management projects from initiation to closure (planning, execution, monitoring, and handover).

Develop project plans, scope, budgets, timelines, risk registers, and resource plans.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, maintenance, procurement, HSE/quality) and external vendors/contractors.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

Manage contractors: onboarding, work orders, method statements, inspections, and quality sign-offs.

Track project progress using dashboards/PM tools; provide weekly/monthly status updates.

Review and approve technical deliverables (BOQ estimates, drawings, maintenance plans, closing documents).

Manage CAPEX/OPEX related to facility improvements and improvement initiatives.

Ensure smooth handover: commissioning, punch-list closure, documentation, and training to operations teams.

Resolve escalations and manage change requests with proper approvals.

Maintain documentation: project files, reports, permits, and asset/project records.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facilities Management / Construction Management / related field.

6+ years
experience in facility management projects or construction/MEP project coordination.

Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance workflows, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, etc.).

PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / similar tools and Microsoft Office.
