What You’ll Do

This role is based in Saudi Arabia and will work closely with both regional stakeholders and GeologicAI’s Canadian headquarters. Success in this role requires strong cross-cultural communication, professionalism in international business environments, and the ability to coordinate effectively across time zones and distributed teams.

As a Project Manager at GeologicAI, you are accountable for end-to-end delivery of client projects, from contract execution through completion. You act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, ensuring work is delivered predictably, clearly, and to a high standard.

This is not a hands-on technical role. Our Project Managers succeed by orchestrating, driving alignment, governance, and decision-making across Operations, Processing, Geoscience, Engineering, and Data teams.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own overall project delivery, outcomes, and accountability
• Lead clear, proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and delivery cadence
• Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones, including regular interaction with Canadian leadership and operations teams
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and readiness
• Manage issues and escalations calmly and structurally
• Ensure alignment with contracted scope (POs / SOWs) and support invoicing accuracy
• Maintain clear documentation, decisions, and risk records
• Promote safe, compliant, and predictable delivery
• Regular site visits to build relationships

Who This Role Is For

We hire Project Managers at multiple experience levels, from early-career PMs to senior delivery leaders. Typical backgrounds include project management, operations coordination, engineering services, or technical programmes in complex environments.

As you grow, the role expands from delivering individual projects to leading complex programmes and shaping delivery standards across the organisation.
