Duties

• Coordinate all phases of construction projects, including site assessments, blueprint reading, schematics review, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress through regular updates on project scheduling, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Skills

• Extensive experience in project scheduling, project coordination, and construction site operations.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards and site management best practices.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
