About the Role

We’re seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experience. This role is central to keeping projects on track, coordinating between teams, and ensuring every installation runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of custom storage projects—from design approval to installation.
• Schedule installations and align timelines between shop fabrication, installers, and clients.
• Track and manage warehouse inventory, including ordering materials as needed.
• Communicate with designers, installers, vendors, and builders to keep projects moving.
• Troubleshoot issues proactively to maintain a seamless, positive client experience.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Experience in project management, construction coordination, interior design, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and understand design plans, measurements, and technical details.
• Positive, calm, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must work onsite up to 40 hours/week during normal business hours in Holbrook, NY.

Nice‑to‑Have Experience

• Background in custom closets, cabinetry, millwork, or home improvement.
• Familiarity with CAD or design software.
• Experience overseeing projects from start to completion.
• Customer service experience and a “people‑first” approach.
