Project Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day execution of multiple projects, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. As the primary point of coordination between internal teams, clients, and vendors, you’ll lead project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. This is a hands-on role that combines project oversight, team management, financial accountability, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications
• Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities based on team members’ expertise, availability, and project requirements
• Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and adjust schedules or resources as needed to meet deadlines
• Conduct cost analyses and prepare accurate project estimates to support budgeting and planning efforts
• Create, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved and resources are utilized effectively
• Perform risk assessments, identify potential project challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and industry requirements

Location & Commitments

• This position requires periodic travel to project sites, client locations, vendor facilities, or company office as needed with the opportunity for flexible work arrangements depending on business needs.
• Full-time role (40 hours per week).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project management, client relations, or team leadership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Salary Range

• Base salary $80,000.00 - 90,000.00 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek
