Project Manager

Russian language proficiency is required (mandatory) for this role due to client communication requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Projects team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing ELV, IT, and Security Systems projects, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Networking, ANPR, Biometrics, and integrated security solutions. The role involves end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, testing & commissioning, client communication, and team management.

Russian language proficiency is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ELV and Security Systems projects from planning to handover
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution activities
• Manage technicians, engineers, and site teams
• Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables
• Conduct site visits and ensure site readiness
• Handle project documentation, reporting, and variation orders
• Provide client support and system training when required

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in ELV / Security Systems project management
• Experience with CCTV, ACS, Networking, ANPR, Biometrics, and integrated security systems
• Strong project management and people management skills
• Good understanding of testing & commissioning activities
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Russian language proficiency is mandatory
• UAE experience is an advantage
