Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute projects from commencement through final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure successful execution.
• Manage project risks, variations, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress meetings.
• Prepare and submit project reports, schedules, and updates to management and clients.
• Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project close-out activities, including snagging, documentation, and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in the UAE.
• Experience in construction, fit-out, MEP, refurbishment, or facilities management projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, authority approvals, and project execution processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• UAE driving license preferred.
