Job Description

• Working closely with clients, Project team, and various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Managing the site delivery teams (Measurement Executive, site supervisor) delegated responsibility for installation.
• Scheduling meetings with the Clients to know the requirements, Presenting design concepts and proposals to clients, and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Visiting the site for Validation before material production, auditing drawings, and coordination with the design team for drawing feasibility /issues
• Manage and lead Woodwork, Civil, MEP, and HVAC subcontractors from contract award through project Close.
• Responsible for monitoring the production process completion in the given TAT.
• Conducted regular on-site visits to monitor the progress of the projects and provide the best possible solution when an issue arises
• Conducting a pre-production site inspection to identify potential issues, ensuring adherence to the design specification.
• Ensuring Quality assurance at the site and conducting PEP talks with the site Team to carry the smooth site operation of work.
• Handling the client escalation and resolving the issues.
• Ensuring the vendors are using materials as per specifications and standards.
• Implementing safety policy and procedure to achieve EHS requirements.
• Maintaining the daily tracker of productivity to ensure the project timeline
• Issuing Snags/Observations to the vendor team.
• Maintaining the Weekly Productivity Report and reporting to the installation manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in fit-out project management, with a minimum of 1-3 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driving license and access to a car for travel to project sites and client meetings
