Project Manager

Job Overview
Bristol Pipe and Tube is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and objectives. This position serves as the primary point of contact between management, employees, contractors, and corporate to ensure successful project execution.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
  • Coordinate activities between departments, contractors, vendors, and employees
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
  • Ensure projects comply with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, reports, permits, and records
  • Track project costs ensuring expenditures remain within approved capital budgets
  • Review and approve project-related invoices and purchase orders
  • Assist with inventory tracking or equipment coordination related to projects
  • Maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Examine and interpret technical documents, schedules, and reports
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project planning principles
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities

Education

  • Bachelor's degree - Project Management, Business, Construction Management, or Engineering (Associate's degree with equivalent work experience considered)
