Project Manager

Job Overview
Digital Moviola is a pioneering company that uses the power of incentives, data, and behavioural science to make people healthier and enhance and protect their lives. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising complex projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Responsibilities
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop full-scale project plans, schedules, and associated communication documents.
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
* Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
* Manage the project budget, track costs, and provide regular financial reporting.
* Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables.
* Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
* Organise and lead project team meetings to ensure objectives are being met and progress is maintained.
* Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Qualifications
* Proven working experience in a project management capacity.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills, including excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
* A solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
* Proficiency in project management software tools.
* A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.
* Experience working within the health, technology, or behavioural science sectors would be a significant advantage.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
