Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires a high level of organisation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular status reports to management.
* Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* Perform risk management to minimise potential risks and devise contingency plans.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within the defined scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

* Proven working experience in project management, preferably within the real estate or a related industry.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
* Solid organisational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
* Proficiency in project management software tools.
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
* Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
