This role is heavily site-based and requires approximately 60% travel across the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own projects from layout approval and installation planning through on-site installation, testing, and handover.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for installation-related coordination with the customer, architect, and site team.
  • Ensure all Time Mission responsibilities are delivered according to the Project Work Letter and agreed timelines.

Pre-Installation Planning

  • Review customer-provided CAD drawings and layouts for compatibility with Time Mission requirements.
  • Verify site readiness prior to installation (flooring complete, power, network, HVAC, ceiling height, access).
  • Coordinate delivery logistics, access paths, forklifts, and material handling.
  • Prepare installation schedules and sequencing for Time Mission teams.

Installation & Assembly Execution

  • Manage on-site installation phases, including:

  • 3D decors and theming
  • Low-voltage electronics, sensors, lighting, audio, and networking
  • Scoreboards, kiosks, briefing rooms, and lobby elements
  • Be present on-site during key installation phases to coordinate teams and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate internal install teams and freelancers with HR / Field Staffing.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly.

Testing, Calibration & Handover

  • Oversee portal calibration, system testing, and final checks.
  • Manage punch lists and ensure all issues are resolved prior to soft opening.
  • Support handover to operations and training teams.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Track installation progress against schedule.
  • Communicate risks, delays, and required actions clearly and early.
  • Coordinate closely with Finance to validate installation-related costs and invoices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in installation-focused project management, assembly, or build-out coordination.
  • Background in construction, architectural coordination, exhibit build, theater production, AV installation, or similar fields.
  • Strong understanding of job-site logistics and sequencing (without being responsible for base construction).
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical layouts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% of the time.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years managing installation, assembly, or fit-out projects.
  • Experience coordinating installers, technicians, and specialty crews.
  • Experience with modular systems, low-voltage electronics, AV, lighting, or themed environments is a strong plus.

PREFERRED

  • Experience with experiential installations, museums, attractions, theme parks, or exhibitions.
  • Familiarity with structured installation schedules and phased deliveries.
  • Experience working from defined scope documents and work letters.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
