Project Manager – Acrylic Swimming Pool Installation

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of acrylic swimming pool installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or specialized pool installations, with proven experience managing projects from design coordination through final handover, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end acrylic swimming pool installation projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and installation teams
• Review and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards
• Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality requirements
• Manage procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractors
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Prepare progress reports and conduct regular project meetings
• Ensure timely project handover and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in acrylic swimming pool installation or related construction field
• Strong technical knowledge of acrylic panels, pool systems, and installation processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum [X] years of relevant project management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office
• Valid driving license (preferred)
