Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of airport terminal construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software.
• Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
• Manage project schedules utilizing project scheduling techniques and software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to track progress and adjust timelines proactively.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation of design intent and contractual obligations.
• Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid for cost control and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams through project coordination efforts using tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and collaboration.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones for senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage contract administration processes including change orders, claims, and scope adjustments with clarity and transparency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or project management within large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.
• Strong proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools.
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract management.
• Solid understanding of construction estimating processes combined with practical site experience in heavy civil or terminal construction environments.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including engineers (<PERSON>), contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
