Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager – Aluminum and Façade to oversee the successful execution of façade and aluminum projects from inception to completion. This role demands expertise in planning, coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Coordination

• Develop detailed project execution plans including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to align project activities with design intent and technical requirements.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, ensuring timely achievement of key milestones.

2. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and supervise project staff including engineers, site coordinators, and subcontractors.
• Foster a results-oriented, collaborative working culture that supports accountability and innovation.
• Organize and conduct regular site and progress meetings to ensure alignment and address emerging challenges.

3. Client and Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships to support long-term partnerships.
• Provide timely project updates, reports, and communications to clients and stakeholders.

4. Budget and Financial Management

• Prepare, track, and control project budgets to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
• Manage variations and change orders with clear documentation and client approvals.
• Conduct risk analysis and apply mitigation strategies to protect financial and operational outcomes.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Enforce compliance with local regulations, building codes, safety standards, and internal QA/QC protocols.
• Oversee site inspections, quality audits, and testing procedures to ensure delivery excellence.
• Address non-conformances and implement corrective actions proactively.

6. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain up-to-date records including contracts, shop drawings, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
• Prepare regular progress and performance reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of project management experience in aluminum, façade, or related construction sectors.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, ACP cladding, structural glazing, unitized panels, and other façade technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and related project/design tools.
• Solid understanding of construction safety, quality standards, and installation methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on solution-oriented problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Experience with value engineering and project cost optimization strategies.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
