POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager & Business Analyst (PM/BA) will own project delivery end-to-end from defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, ensuring data quality and compliance (HIPAA/FERPA where applicable), and driving adoption of CRM, data warehouse, and integration solutions. As the leader of projects across different departments, this position will work in close partnership with the Senior Director of Programming Services and the Senior Vice President for Advancement Services, and be responsible for delivering technology and process improvements that advance fundraising operations for the UConn Foundation, with a particular focus on system integration, prospect development, data-driven fundraising, and stewardship.
The PM/BA will also provide business analysis process and requirements analysis for key Foundation projects, and will partner with Development - including UConn Health, IT, Gift Processing, Prospect Research, and Finance to streamline data flows, enhance analytics, and enable measurable fundraising outcomes.

Salary:
The expected annual salary for this position is $110,000+. It will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also placing an emphasis on internal equity.
