The Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record within reputable construction contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and project management practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors
• Confident decision-maker capable of working independently
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to deliver projects successfully
• Age preferably below 45 years
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred
