Project Manager – Architect

Job Title: Project Manager – Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with an architectural background to manage and oversee commercial and residential projects, with strong expertise in villa projects, fit-out works, materials, design coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full supervision of all project sites and daily site activities.
• Manage and oversee fit-out and finishing works, especially for villas.
• Act as the main point of contact between the design team and execution/construction teams.
• Coordinate design development and ensure proper implementation on site.
• Attend and lead client meetings, manage expectations, and provide project updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and select materials and finishes, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and site performance.
• Resolve site issues and manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

2- 7–10 years of proven experience in:

• Fit-out and finishing work
• Commercial and residential Projects
• Material selection and specifications
• Design coordination
• Project management

3- Strong site supervision and execution background.

4- Excellent leadership skills with a confident and decisive personality.

5- Strong communication and client-management abilities.

6- Nationality: Arab.

7- Gender: Male.

8- Professional appearance.
