Project Manager / Architect with MEP Background – Fit-Out & Villa Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Architect / Engineer with strong MEP knowledge and site execution experience to manage fit-out, renovation and villa projects in Dubai. The candidate must be able to manage the full project process, including site works, MEP coordination, civil works, finishing works, subcontractors, suppliers, timelines, quality control and client communication. Requirements: - UAE experience is mandatory - Strong MEP knowledge is mandatory - Background in architecture, engineering, construction or fit-out - Experience in villas, fit-out, renovation and construction projects - Good knowledge of AC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, civil works and finishing works - Ability to read and understand architectural, MEP and technical drawings - Ability to coordinate site execution and solve technical issues - Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams - Ability to control project timeline, quality and budget - UAE driving license is mandatory - Own car is preferred - Good English communication skills - Immediate joining is preferred Responsibilities: - Manage full project execution from start to handover - Coordinate architectural, civil, MEP, finishing and fit-out works - Review drawings and coordinate site implementation - Manage site engineers, supervisors, workers and subcontractors - Control quality, deadlines and daily site progress - Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and management - Prepare daily/weekly progress reports - Solve site and technical problems - Ensure all works are completed according to drawings, specifications and project requirements Only candidates with UAE experience, MEP knowledge, fit-out / villa project experience and UAE driving license should apply. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
